Project operation
siso-project-os provides project-local orientation, work state, verification, and delivery.
Executed local convention · public identities unchanged
The machine-neutral local home for reusable agent Works is $SISO_WORKSPACE/SISO_Agents. It is a flat checkout grouping, not a monorepo, package, or identity authority.
Each Work remains independently cloneable, forkable, releasable, and replaceable. Dependencies and compositions are recorded as typed registry relationships; directory nesting would falsely imply ownership and would become stale as the stack evolves.
siso-project-os provides project-local orientation, work state, verification, and delivery.
siso-agent-runtime, siso-agent-zero, and siso-agent-brain own distinct runtime, intent, and durable-state contracts.
siso-skills-hub owns atomic capabilities; siso-agent-playbook composes repeatable operating scenarios.
siso-session-intelligence owns privacy-reduced learning; siso-agent-integrations owns opt-in adapters.
| Material | Home | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Reusable agent Works | $SISO_WORKSPACE/SISO_Agents | Durable outcome is better agent operation. |
| Foundry and Evidence Engines | $SISO_WORKSPACE/SISO_Knowledge/research | Durable outcome is research knowledge, even when agents execute the pipeline. |
| Mixed Agent Base source | $SISO_WORKSPACE/SISO_Agent_Base | Compatibility warehouse and evidence source; live consumers and dirty sole-copy material block a bulk move. |
| Raw sessions, databases, telemetry, logs, credentials, corpora | Private data/state stores | Operational state is not a public source module. |
Eight clean independent agent checkouts were promoted from temporary or nested local locations into the flat Agents domain. The temporary SISO_Library_Repos holding folder was retired after its two Research Works were filed under Knowledge. No compatibility symlink was introduced. The Agent Base path stayed stable because the frozen Agency domain contained 185 references at inspection time.
Local placement never changes a Great Library Work ID, Release Manifest, Snapshot, source locator, or public URL. A contributor may clone one Work, the whole selected Snapshot, or any Assembly without reproducing this laptop layout.
